Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities

| Role | Responsibilities - Team Lead: Oversee a specific area (e.g., Kitchen Lead, Host Lead). Provide support and direction to volunteers in that area. Liaise with the event coordinator.

 •Greeters: Be the first point of contact for guests. Offer a warm welcome, provide information, and direct guests to the sign-in table and seating area.

 •Hosts: Sit at tables with guests, facilitate conversation, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Take drink orders and assist with any needs that arise.

•Servers: Serve meals to guests with a friendly and respectful demeanor. Clear tables as needed and ensure a smooth dining experience.

•Kitchen Team: Assist with food preparation, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Ensure that food is served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner.

•Prayer Team: Be available to pray with guests who request it. Create a designated, quiet space for prayer and reflection.

| Time | Activity - 3:00 PM: All volunteers arrive for a final briefing and prayer.

·      4:00 PM: Doors open. Greeters welcome guests. Live music begins.

·      4:15 PM: Welcome and opening prayer.

·      4:30 PM: Dinner is served.

·      5:15 PM: Short gospel message.

·      5:30 PM: Dessert is served.

·      6:00 PM: Closing remarks and thank you.

·      6:00 PM: Event concludes. Cleanup begins.
